With over 15 years of experience in Leicester property surveying, Richard specialises in Victorian and Edwardian properties. He holds a BSc in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and has been RICS qualified since 2010.

Sarah Matthews MRICS

Chartered Building Surveyor

Sarah brings 12 years of surveying experience with particular expertise in modern construction and commercial properties. She graduated from Birmingham City University and became RICS chartered in 2015.
